The salary range for this role is £27,969 to £29,812 per annum based on a 36 hour working week (£35,512 to £34,654 FTE)

About The Organisation

About The Role

SAFE Team Mentors deliver a high-quality mentoring provision to our students and support and promote an inclusive culture that enables students to achieve their best and overcome barriers to learning and participation.

Your base school will be our Allingham Road Campus in Reigate. This role is for 36 hours a week, Monday to Friday, term time only. You will demonstrate a passion for supporting and experience of mentoring vulnerable young people to achieve their potential. You will have a good all-round knowledge of supporting the education of students who exhibit challenging behaviour, and possess excellent organisational skills.
