Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.

KBR support the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offer challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.

We are looking to recruit a 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿, on 12-month contract, based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

✔️ Competitive hourly pay rate

✔️ Working practice - 4 days in the office, 1 day from home

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

▪️ Develop, Implement, and manage a portfolio of Large EPCM Package Contracts and Site Services Agreements associated with the Project.

▪️ Where applicable prepare and Issue tender documentation.

▪️ Compile tender documentation, ensuring that the package is complete and viable.

▪️ Strategize and hold tender clarification meetings.

▪️ Facilitate information to and from tenderers.

▪️ Issue tender bulletins and clarification documentation.

▪️ Ensure that technical and commercial negotiation evaluations and strategies are carried out in a timely manner.

▪️ Prepare and manage the issuance of contracts and its documentations.

▪️ Prepare and hold Kick Off Meetings.

▪️ Plan, develop and execute Post award Contract management activities.

▪️ Responsible for Contract Close out.

▪️ Report Contract progress from Pre to Post Award, through Project Systems.

𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽𝘀:

▪️ Works with multi discipline Project team

▪️ Deal with Contractors, OIM’s and Suppliers

▪️ Work with Client and KBR Stakeholders

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

BSc., University degree in any of the main Legal, Business, or Engineering branches., i.e., Mechanical, Civil, electrical, chemical, or equivalent

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:

▪️ EPCM experience essential

▪️ Minimum of 7 years in developing and executing Contracts & Procurement within Oil & Gas projects

▪️ Previous experience within KBR and or EPCM projects is preferred but not essential.
