- Integration centre multi layer integration executions and cross component upserts and inserts
- Off Cycle Event Batch Job setups Optimisations and Monitoring
- Integrations with EC Benefits, Time tracking, Onboarding and Work Zone

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert. The role is based in Reading, but some work from home is acceptable. The SuccessFactors Employee Central Expert will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analysing client requirements, configuring SAP modules, and providing training and support to clients. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules
- Experience in implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for gathering and analysing client requirements
- Excellent communication and training skills for client interaction and support
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with HR transformation and strategic consulting is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field
