About The Role
The Summer Internship at Fortescue Zero is designed to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the renewable energy sector, sustainability, engineering and innovative practices. As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to create a sustainable future through the development and implementation of cutting-edge energy solutions.
The internship is not just about gaining experience; it’s about becoming an integral part of a team that is dedicated to making a tangible difference in the world. By the end of your internship, you will have a clearer understanding of the renewable energy landscape, the skills needed to excel in the industry, and the opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable future.
What You Will Do
- Assist in various projects related to renewable energy and sustainable practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports.
About You
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or related fields).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A genuine interest in sustainability and renewable energy.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
What is in it for you?
Our typical hybrid roles at Fortescue Zero require 3 days in the office and 2 from home, making the ability to commute to the stated office location for the required days essential.
