SUPPLIER VETTING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Location: Bolton, BL6 6SU
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract | 6 Months
Join our dynamic Procurement Excellence team as a Supplier Vetting Operations Coordinator and support the risk management of ISS’s UK&I supplier network. This role is a great entry point into Procurement or Supply Chain, offering valuable exposure and future opportunities.
You'll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all third-party organisations meet compliance standards through accurate documentation and vetting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Distribute and assess annual supplier vetting questionnaires
- Maintain supplier data across spreadsheets and digital systems
- Follow up on missing or incomplete submissions, escalating issues where needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment
About You
- Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently
- Great communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable talking to people over the phone
- Confident in the use of systems, technologies, and data management platforms to analyse and organise information
- Good MS Office skills (including Excel)
- Experience in Procurement, Vetting or Data Management is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and deadlines
