Support Worker – Learning Disability Service
Location: Glenholme, Hightrees, Enfield, EN2 9AA
Hours: Full-time opportunities available, up to 37.5 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £12.25 - £12.45 per hour + Paid Training + Health & Wellbeing Benefits + Career Development Opportunities

Competitive Salary Progression

What You’ll Do
As a
Support Worker, you will help individuals with learning disabilities lead fulfilling and independent lives by promoting choice, inclusion, and dignity.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
- Teaching and encouraging independent living skills
- Supporting individuals with medication management
- Facilitating community-based activities such as swimming, social events, and leisure outings
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with learning disabilities and mental health (essential)
- A compassionate and patient approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A commitment to supporting independence and dignity
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
