One Community Eastleigh is an independent charity dedicated to enhancing the quality of life in southern Hampshire through voluntary sector support, community development, day care, information, and transport services. With a network of over 200 voluntary and community groups, One Community offers information, support, and training to local organisations and individuals. The charity seeks to improve the helath and wellbeing of the community and it promotes volunteering, supports community groups, and advocates for the voluntary sector. Role Description

This is a part time on-site role at our Day Centre’s for a Community & Day Support Worker located in the Eastleigh Borough.

25 hours per week, 5 hours per day Monday to Friday.

The Community & Day Support Worker will provide assistance and support to individuals in the day centre, ensure their safety and well-being, and help them engage in various activities. Day-to-day tasks include offering personal care, supporting individuals with daily activities and implementing safeguarding measures.
