Support Worker

What you’ll be doing:

• You'll be supporting individuals and promoting their independence to gain confidence living within their homes and also with accessing the community.
• Personal care is required for some individuals.
• You will work to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.
• You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.

Who you are:

• We want individuals with a passion to support others and who will make a positive difference in the everyday lives of the people we support.
• You are able to work independently, multitask, and be organised.
• You will have a calm and positive attitude under pressure.
• You will be a quick learner, hands on, and willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
• You will be flexible as shifts will include days, evenings, and sleep ins.
• Must be a Driver with a full manual license due to service needs.
