Would you like to help eliminate rough sleeping in Cambridge and help people stay of the streets for good?
We're looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join Cambridge City Council's social lettings agency. Townhall Lettings (THL). The successful candidate will help formerly homeless people to move onto their new home, ensuring their tenancy starts well. They will hen help individuals to sustain their tenancies, with the aim to moving THL tenants into "mainstream" housing.
The post holder will work closely with other support services as well as members of housing advice team to help individuals break the cycle of homelessness.
You'll come with in the role with the motivation and resilience to see individuals recover from the trauma of homelessness, as well as the teamwork and partnership building skills to help people access the wide spectrum of support available to them. we would particularly welcome applications from those with previous experience of supporting people with lived experience of homelessness.
This fantastic opportunity will see you help people to get off, and stay off the streets of Cambridge and work with a dedicated and committed team of experienced professionals to make a difference.

Hours: This is a full-time role, for 37 hours per week. Although for the role is advertised as full time, if you believe you have the skills and experience to join us and would like to discuss difference working patterns, please do get in touch.
Contract: Fixed Term December 2025
Salary: - £31,586 - 35,235 per annum (City Pay band 4)
Location: this is flexible - working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your location accordingly.
