Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Survey and Subsea Manager to lead and manage our offshore survey and subsea operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong Geophysical and Offshore Positioning background and a proven track record in coordinating and delivering complex offshore projects.

- Lead and manage survey and positioning operations across multiple offshore projects
- Oversee the planning and execution of offshore survey projects
- Provide technical leadership to project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures
- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including but not limited to survey reports, method statements, and risk assessments
- Support the development and integration of new technologies and survey techniques
- Tender preparation and review
- Departmental financial reporting and budget management
- Degree in Hydrographic Survey, or a related field
- Minimum of [10] years' experience in offshore survey and/or subsea operations
- Strong technical knowledge in seabed mapping, acoustic positioning and surface positioning techniques
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
- Strong experience with offshore survey techniques and equipment
- Eligible to reside and work in the UK
- Knowledge of HSE practices in offshore environments
- Chartered status or working towards chartership is an advantage
- Experience in business development
- Experience of budget management and cost control
- Experience of tender preparation and support
