Role Overview
An opportunity exists for a Surveyor/Associate to join the market leading Residential Investment and Development team, within the wider Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division.
The successful candidate will be involved in some of the largest residential development and investment transactions in the single family and stabilised multifamily sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to support the growth of the team in delivering an outstanding and exciting pipeline of transactional instructions across the residential asset class.

Team Overview
Savills Operational Capital Markets (OCM) is a 150-person strong division that brings together Savills market-leading combination of real estate advisory and investment banking services, focused on the rapidly expanding operational real estate sectors across the UK & EMEA
OCM has a remit to cover the Residential Investment (including Build to Rent), Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Healthcare and Senior Living sectors in the UK and Europe. Service lines cover transactions, financing, valuation and consultancy. It has been involved in the largest real estate transactions across its markets in recent years, advising on over £20bn of investments in the last three years alone.ously.
