Syndicate Accountant

My client is a Managing Agency who operate within the Lloyd's market. They have exciting growth plans over the next year so need to expand their Syndicate Finance team to assist with this growth.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the financial reporting for the syndicate - preparing management accounts and providing analysis to the business.
• You will be reviewing all of the Lloyd's reporting (QMA/QMB) - there is a team that will support with the production
• Assist with the syndicate planning process
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• There will plenty of project work going on as the company grows that you be involved in

Qualifications

• Newly Qualified Accountant (QBE/Finalists also considered)
• Insurance experience - syndicate reporting experience is a must have.
• You must have a change mindset and have a track record in working on projects and implementing process improvements.

£50,000-£70,000 + bonus + benefits - London based (hybrid working 2-3 days in office)
