The Devices and Desktop Services team at Macquarie plays a pivotal role in supporting and enabling global activities by providing a robust global desktop platform. With a focus on group-wide, user-facing technologies, the team enhances collaboration and business operations through various projects, including cloud-based productivity tools, enhanced mobility, virtual desktop enhancements, and other business-driven initiatives.

What role will you play?
As a member of the Devices and Desktop Services team, you will work alongside a team of engineers to design, deploy, and maintain solutions using technology services like Windows 10/11, Configuration Manager, Azure Services (Azure AD, Intune MDM), and hardware devices. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the design, implementation, and support of a Windows 10/11 desktop migration to modern management using MDM technologies and Configuration Manager Current Branch. Additionally, you will contribute to the enhancement or replacement of existing operational processes for Windows Endpoints to ensure an optimal end user experience. Your role will also involve working with Windows Defender, Azure, Active Directory, MDM technologies, System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), and scripting skills with Windows PowerShell.
What You Offer
- Experience working with Windows 10/11 from an enterprise perspective
- Windows Defender, Azure, Active Directory experience
- Knowledge of MDM technologies
- In-depth understanding of System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure and system maintenance
- Strong interest in delivering and enhancing user experience and productivity through mobile solutions
- Understanding of Service Management including change, incident, and problem management as it applies to a large corporate environment and use of an ITSM tool such as Remedy
- Experience working in a DevOps and/or Agile environment
- Scripting skills with Windows PowerShell
