About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our talent acquisition function based from either our Glasgow or Croydon office on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The position will see you join a busy, fast based team of recruiters supporting them with various aspects of the recruitment process including creating and advertising engaging job adverts, updating our ATS, coordinating interviews and general ad hoc administration.

Responsibilities Include

  • Providingsupport to the recruitment team by undertaking administrative duties, including but not limited to advertising requisitions, scheduling interviews and updating our ATS with detailed accurate notes
  • Ensuring all recruitment trackers are kept up to date
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team on projects to support with delivering hiring targets

Candidate specification

If you have experience within a similar role or come from another role where you have had to work in a fast-paced environment, then this could be a great opportunity!

We would like to hear from candidates with the following:

  • Experience working within an administrative or coordination role providing high quality service and support.
  • Effective communicator who can build excellent relationships
  • Experience working in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others and provide administrative support where needed.
  • Ability to work accurately with large volumes of candidate information, demonstrating a high attention to detail.
