Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a 12 month FTC. In this role, you will drive the full recruitment cycle, develop robust talent pipelines, and play a key part in sourcing exceptional talent that aligns with organisational goals.


Role & Responsibility

  • Manage and optimise end-to-end recruitment processes, from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates through diverse channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and recruitment events).
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights, guidance, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure hiring decisions align with the company’s strategic goals and culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and senior leadership to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Develop job descriptions and job postings to attract the right talent.
  • Promote and strengthen the company’s employer brand through networking, social media engagement, and attending relevant industry events.
  • Position the company as an employer of choice within the finance and consultancy sectors.
  • Stay up to date on trends in the finance and consultancy sectors, including talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges.
  • Offer market insights to inform hiring strategies and business decisions.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of talent acquisition experience, with a focus on Capital Markets, Finance and/or Consultancy roles.
  • Proven success in managing full recruitment lifecycles, from sourcing to placement.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and consultancy industries, including relevant roles, skills, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in candidate sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in talent acquisition or HR are a plus.
  • This role is a 12 month FTC.
