As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent across the business. Working closely with our People team and hiring managers, you will provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and enhance our employer brand. Our 600 people-strong team spans 11 offices across England and Scotland and our Talent team is responsible for hiring solutions across all sites. With ambitious growth plans to double the size of our business by 2030, the Talent Acquisition team will play an integral role in this expansion. Working at pace, with professionalism and passion for recruitment is essential!
This role will be based in Cambridge with occasional travel to other offices.
