  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle for assigned areas, which includes creating engaging and accurate job advertisements, sourcing exceptional candidates, interviewing, preparing correspondence, processing new hires, etc.;
  • Manage and lead a team within Talent Acquisition while providing leadership, guidance, and support for the designated departments;
  • Strategically lead campus recruitment with local colleges and universities;
  • Utilize recruitment technology and tools to enhance recruitment efforts and streamline processes;
  • Develop creative approaches to identify and attract active and passive candidates for current open positions and future opportunities;
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize recruitment strategies;
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment;
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation and attract top talent;
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure appropriate offers are delivered, and new hires have a seamless onboarding experience; and
  • Analyze the status of recruitment practices regularly and report findings to management.

 

  • Bachelor's degree and 7 years of industry experience;
  • Experience in the CRO, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry is preferred;
  • HR management experience is a plus;
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills;
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to improve and drive brand visibility and market awareness; and
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
