We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and people-focused Talent Acquisition Officer who thrives on creating great hiring experiences and wants to make a real impact in a values-led organisation.
Working within our supportive and ambitious People Team, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles, from housing and trades to corporate and specialist services. You’ll be the go-to expert, guiding hiring managers, writing inclusive job adverts, and using creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish
- Supporting managers with planning, sourcing, and shortlisting
- Writing engaging, inclusive adverts and using social media creatively
- Attending job fairs, running open days, and supporting internal projects
- Develop & deliver recruitment training
- Championing diversity, data-driven hiring, and candidate care
- Recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- Knowledge of inclusive hiring and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A values-led mindset and a passion for people
