Where We Need You:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team as part of our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting into the UK Head of Talent Acquisition, this role will own all experienced hire recruitment for our UK business and support the annual graduate recruitment campaign. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing strategic recruitment support and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
The unique element to this in-house talent acquisition role is our enterprise relationship with Robert Half. You will therefore work closely with Robert Half as our attraction partners. Additionally, you will provide support for wider People and Culture in key activities, such as offer letters and support internal resourcing requirements.
Experience within a professional services or consulting environment would be a bonus but is not necessary.
What You Can Expect:
Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to deliver on the key objectives and goals for the Talent Acquisition team. Fully accountable for the delivery of all Experienced Hire Vacancies in the UK and to support the annual graduate recruitment hiring campaign. Specific elements of the role include but are not limited to:
Talent Sourcing & Employee Brand:
- Work with our attraction partner Robert Half to continuously develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent for our different levels of hiring.
- Utilise engaging advertisements and leverage Glassdoor to strengthen Protiviti’s Employer Brand across all written communications.
- Work with our Global Mobility team to secure new talent via the global mobility scheme.
- Manage referrals with the Head of Talent Acquisition as another talent source.
- Support the Senior Manager in designing interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify the best candidates.
- End to end management of some early career roles as and when required.
- If required support with any Preferred Supplier management of recruitment agencies, working with the in-house legal team to secure commercially favourable terms.
Recruitment Process & Resource Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, manage expectations and develop tailored recruitment strategies to deliver against the desired headcount for budgeted and attrition roles.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our experienced hire vacancies including managing the vacancy approval process.
- Use Workday to record all recruitment activity.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with Robert Half, including job postings, application screening, candidate assessment, interviews, and offer management.
- Support your People and Culture team with, and lead on occasion, to produce offer letters for new hires.
- Lead and provide interview training for Protiviti internal stakeholders involved in hiring.
- As required support the Talent Management team with resourcing our key projects with the appropriate level of resource.
Interviewing:
- Possess enhanced interview techniques, coach hiring managers on best practices, develop supportive documentation, and collaborate with the People and Culture team to align with the competency framework.
- Manage the interview and interview feedback process in a timely manner. This includes all the scheduling of interviews, and the tools required to collect interview feedback.
Inclusion:
- Drive initiatives to attract diverse talent and ensure inclusive recruitment practices.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on creating equitable hiring processes and mitigating bias.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Support with the coordinate of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Employer Branding:
- Work with our marketing team and Robert Half to promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, including social media, early careers job boards and events.
- Create engaging content and marketing materials to attract talent.
Data and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate data.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular weekly reports to management.
- Use data insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
- Support Head of Talent Acquisition to design Candidate Experience dashboards to measure success.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide recruitment support.
- Collaborate with People and Culture colleagues to ensure alignment with overall talent acquisition strategy.
- Act as a point of contact for early career talent initiatives and programs within the organisation.
Program Coordination:
- Support the development and delivery of new resource programs, such as graduate schemes, internship initiatives, and return to work pathways.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement onboarding processes that foster engagement and retention.
- Monitor program effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, dedicated to recruiting quality new talent, ensuring an exceptional candidate, and hiring manager experience.
- Proactive rather than reactive with a positive solution-orientated and client focussed mindset with ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Personable and enjoys dealing with people; someone who finds it easy to build good relationships.
- Candidates will be considered from both an in-house or agency background.
- Preference of experience recruiting in the consulting or professional services sector.
- Experience of working on multiple vacancies across different business units and levels, with evidence of how to do this well.
- Good interviewing and assessment skills. This includes willingness to support the design of improved interview and assessment tools.
- Experience of sourcing including leveraging referrals, any experience working with global mobility candidates a benefit but not essential.
- Excellent organisation and recruitment process management experience.
- Preference for experience of using Workday, but this is not essential; must have worked with an Applicant Tracking System and support with driving adoption.
- Strong influencing, negotiating and closing skills.
- Experience of using LinkedIn Recruiter, Glassdoor or other social media or job board platforms and used to being imaginative when it comes to sourcing methods and enhancing the Protiviti Employee Brand.
- Excellent Recruitment Agency partnering skills; able to work in partnership with our Robert Half as our key Enterprise key partner.
- Obsession with making sure our values and behaviours are experienced by every candidate that interacts with us, regardless of channel of introduction or level.
- Able to multi-task whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum of GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on professional services recruitment.

Protiviti practices a hybrid working model, which is a combination of working in person with purpose and working remotely and is primarily dependent upon the needs of our key stakeholders. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client, project, team, and other business factors. It can sometimes mean more of a full-time presence at our offices. Remuneration and Benefits
Starting salaries are competitive and are based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the salary range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location.
Employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance cover, life assurance, pension scheme and receive up to 25 days holiday per calendar year. Protiviti also recognises up to 10 paid holidays each calendar year and additional benefits as part of the Robert Half Enterprise.
