We are looking for a driven Talent Booking Manager to join our team at Expo Stars. In this role, you will manage and grow our network of event talent, ensuring that we provide high-impact engagement solutions for trade shows, exhibitions, and events. Your work will be central to delivering exceptional experiences for our clients and maintaining our reputation for excellence in the exhibition industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Coordination:

• Recruit and onboard top-tier promotional staff and engagement specialists.
• Manage talent scheduling, bookings, and availability to meet client requirements.

Talent Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with freelance talent to ensure quality and loyalty.
• Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations to maintain high service standards.

Operational Efficiency:

• Coordinate with the operations team to align talent needs with event deliverables.
• Implement and improve systems for managing talent data, performance tracking, and scheduling.

Client Collaboration:

• Work closely with clients to understand their talent needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for staffing-related inquiries and issue resolution.

Reporting and Performance Metrics:

• Track key metrics related to talent performance, client satisfaction, and booking efficiency.
• Regularly report insights and recommendations to leadership.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in talent booking, recruitment, or staffing (preferably in events or exhibitions).
• Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are mandatory.
• Strong organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a stressful live event environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus.
