Talent Business Partner (in-house)
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum + benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (hybrid working)
Type: Permanent
Holiday Entitlement: 25 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 days + bank holidays with length of service)

Our Talent Business Partner role plays an instrumental role in driving recruitment, attraction, and talent development. You will share a deep understanding of current and future functional talent needs with a confident approach to achieving the organisation’s targets.
This role involves ownership of the end-to-end service delivery for our departments, building relationships and providing a single point of contact for talent acquisition planning, advice, and consultation for all Talent activity.
About You
The ideal candidate will be an existing Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Partner, ideally from within our sector (Health, Social Care, Education).
You will have full 360 in-house recruitment experience with demonstrable experience partnering and influencing hiring managers at all levels.
You will also bring line management experience to our team, supporting wider team development and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
Strong stakeholder relationship and rapport-building skills are key! If you enjoy the energy of a fast-paced environment with the thrill of influencing the shape of our talent landscape, we would love to hear from you!

About Seashell Trust
Seashell Trust is a national charity supporting children and young adults with complex learning disabilities and additional communication needs from across the UK. We provide care and education for children and young people aged between 4–25 years in our homes, at our school and college, and through our short break’s services.
