We’re now looking for an energetic and resourceful Talent Resourcer to join our team in Potters Bar. Reporting to the Talent Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting hiring managers, attracting top talent, and ensuring a smooth recruitment journey from first contact to start date.
SCOPE OF ROLE
As a Talent Resourcer, you’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract the best candidates for roles across JSM. You'll manage candidate sourcing, maintain our ATS, and help drive a proactive talent pipeline to ensure we’re always ready to deliver.
HOW YOU`LL SUCCEED
✔ Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and headhunting techniques
✔ Building strong relationships with passive and active candidates, engaging them with the JSM brand
✔ Managing recruitment processes via our internal ATS, keeping records up to date and fully compliant
✔ Supporting interview scheduling, feedback collection, and recruitment event planning
✔ Representing JSM at recruitment fairs and exhibitions to attract new talent
✔ Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and market insights
✔ Creating compelling job adverts and writing detailed candidate profiles
✔ Consistently delivering high-quality CVs and improving time-to-fill rates
✔ Screening candidates to match them effectively with vacancies and ensuring a professional recruitment experience
✔ Staying up to date with market trends, projects, and key industry movements
✔ Ensuring compliance by checking Right to Work documentation and maintaining accurate recruitment records
WHAT IT TAKES🔹 Minimum 2 years experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role
🔹 Experience in the utilities or infrastructure sector (desirable)
🔹 Confidence in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates
🔹 Strong stakeholder and candidate relationship management skills
🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🔹 High attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure
🔹 Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools
🔹 A proactive, can-do attitude with strong customer service instincts
🔹 Ability to juggle multiple roles and meet tight deadlines
