Your role will involve supporting the overall recruitment strategy and ensuring our businesses are fully staffed at all times.

Responsibilities
- Creating & posting exciting and engaging Job adverts across all platforms.
- Candidate management through our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other inbound platforms.
- Proactively sourcing and screening candidates through CV databases and Boolean searches
- Headhunting of candidates through ad hoc communication and partnered channels
- Organise interviews for hiring managers with fully communicated candidate information such as CV and description of the candidate
- Reporting on recruitment KPIs and live vacancies
- New Openings - Posting adverts, screening candidates and setting up interviews
- Ownership of the full candidate journey including feedback on interview rejections/offers
- Oversite The full onboarding process for all salaried members of the team
