Day to day duties
- Manage a diverse portfolio of tax clients, overseeing the end-to-end compliance process
- Identify tax-sensitive transactions, expenditure, and opportunities for advisory support
- Collaborate closely with Tax Partners to deliver tailored tax advice across a range of clients
- Lead and support members of the tax team through regular feedback, appraisals, and coaching to enhance capability and performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and attendance at meetings
- Monitor your own utilisation, productivity, and WIP to ensure effective time and resource management
- Provide clear technical guidance and developmental feedback to colleagues across the team
- CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) qualified
- Our clients come from all industries, so exposure to multiple sectors would be a distinct advantage
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to carry out research into complex areas of tax legislation
- Ability to seek new business opportunities
