The Opportunity!

You’ll lead on both corporate and international tax work, managing a growing portfolio, developing the team, and driving revenue through strategic client support and business development. You’ll be one of our senior leads, with a key role in shaping how tax is delivered across the region.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading and developing strong, long-term relationships with your portfolio of corporate clients.
• Providing oversight and delivery of corporate and international tax advisory projects.
• Offering commercial, technically sound solutions on a range of matters like structuring, cross-border tax, transfer pricing, CFCs, and corporate interest restrictions.
• Partnering with internal stakeholders across audit, corporate finance, and wider advisory teams to deliver a joined-up service.
• Growing our client base through business development and proactive relationship management.
• Overseeing compliance processes while keeping quality, efficiency and risk in check.
• Managing, mentoring, and developing a growing team—setting clear goals, giving feedback, and offering progression support.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise

• CTA/ATT/ACA (or equivalent) qualified.
• Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax, plus demonstrable international tax experience.
• Able to lead on advisory work around restructuring, interest restrictions, loan relationships, group tax planning, and more.
• Knowledge of tax issues in the software/tech sector is a bonus.
  
  

Leadership & Strategic Thinking

• Trusted advisor to clients and team alike.
• Able to identify future trends, client needs, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Proactive in driving team performance and creating a collaborative environment.
• Clear communicator with the ability to simplify technical detail for clients and internal teams.
  
  

Commercial & Client Focus

• Strong track record in client development and revenue growth.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple sectors.
• Confident in fee setting, pricing discussions and managing profitability.
