Purpose and aim of the role
The aim of this role is to provide technical administrative support and assistance to the Private Client team, the Tax Support team and the Tax Division generally.
You will work alongside the Tax Support Coordinator, and with other tax administrators, in a rapidly growing Tax division.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Completion of Know Your Client (KYC) process –including checks on KYC6 & Companies House, etc.
- Preparation of Letters of Engagement, requesting of professional clearance, disengagement letters, Form 64s, mail merges, etc
- New Client onboarding and maintenance on CCH system and HMRC
- Organising lunch and learns/ team events/ managers meetings including expenses, travel, etc as required.
- Team admin including processing of cheques, archiving, billing, maintaining registers, filing and scanning, coordination of office cover calendar
- Identification and distribution and filing of scanned mail via Virtual Cabinet (paperless filing)
- Operational support in terms of reporting, data analysis, monitoring and WIP management
Skills/Experience
- Previous direct experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and display effective time management
- Previous professional services sector experience is ideal
- GCSE passes in Maths and English, or equivalent
- A to C passes in A-Levels, or equivalent
ADVANCED skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
