Two Year Programme (Starting September 2025)
We are looking to appoint recent graduates or post-graduates, including those in the last year of their degree, who want to make a difference to the lives of autistic children and young adults.
You should have a degree in Psychology or a relevant post-graduate qualification and a commitment to expanding your skills in the field of Behaviour Analysis. A willingness to learn and play your role in a team is essential. Teaching and Learning Practitioners work one-on-one with our pupils aged 4 – 19 as part of a multi-skilled team in our specialist schools for autistic children.

We Are Looking For Graduates Who Are
- Qualified to bachelor’s or master’s degree level in Psychology or a relevant post-graduate qualification
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experienced, fun and motivated
- Passionate about improving the lives of autistic children and young adults and their families
- Secure in using evidence-based practice to underpin motivating therapy activities.
