Role Overview
To provide secretarial/administrative support to the Energy Infrastructure team, within the Savills Earth Division, which is a fast paced, professional and friendly team, ranging from Graduate to Director level.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior members of the team, including;.
- Strategic Scheduling: Manage Directors' diaries, including scheduling meetings, arranging venues, prepare preparing agendas and take taking minutes
- Client Administration: Open and close client instructions, ensuring compliance and accurate records are maintained.
- Travel and Logistics: Book travel arrangements for Directors and team members.
- Internal Communication: Coordinate internal communication efforts, such as updating the division’s Connect page.
- Expense and Timesheet Management: Process expense claims and ensure timely submission of timesheets by fee earners.
