Additional Learning Support Team Leader
Salary- £31,920 - £34,040 + fantastic benefits
The Role
Responsible for the day to day management and organisation of staff allocated to the support provision for mainstream and complex needs, you will promote excellence in learning support through role model practice. An excellent communicator you will be able to communicate with parents and carers to ensure that the needs of the students are being met. Leading a solution focused team, you will enhance and team performance whilst maintaining effective working relationships.
As well as allocating duties, you will complete appraisals and regular performance reviews and facilitate CPD sessions for college staff. For full details of the job role and personal specification, please refer to the attached job description
