Your Role

As a Team Leader in Emergency Response & Telecare, you'll oversee a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, including Emergency Home Responders and TEC Officers (installers). Your mission is to lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service to both existing and new customers. This hybrid role involves managing teams across Manchester, Merseyside, and Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate individual performance to ensure competency and identify training needs.
• One-on-One Meetings: Maintain regular 121s with team members, keeping detailed records of performance and completing appraisals.
• Team Meetings: Conduct regular meetings to share updates, communicate effectively, exchange best practices, and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing team performance and service delivery.

What We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in people and operational management.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
• Performance Evaluation: A keen interest in monitoring and evaluating team performance.
• Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel to different sites as needed.
