Your Role
As a Team Leader in Emergency Response & Telecare, you'll oversee a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, including Emergency Home Responders and TEC Officers (installers). Your mission is to lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service to both existing and new customers. This hybrid role involves managing teams across Manchester, Merseyside, and Gloucester.
