Were looking for a COMMITTED individual to work alongside the station Manager to support the smooth operation of the station by setting new standards for customer experience and operational excellence across our network to the communities we serve.
With over 500,000 customers traveling weekly, no two days are the same! Youll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and effective workplace for both staff and customers. Expect shift work, some weekends, and close collaboration with your team and the station manager.
This is a highly exciting role with extra responsibility. This is your chance to deliver outstanding service.
As a Team Leader You Will

Support the Station Manager:
Train Despatch
Were looking for someone committed to high safety and customer service standards, with strong coordination and management skills, and the ability to work closely with others and support the team effectively.
