We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor with expertise in Motor Damage to join our dynamic team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will lead a team of paralegals and legal assistants, ensuring the effective handling and resolution of motor damage claims. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of paralegals and legal assistants, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide expert advice on motor damage claims.
- Perform administrative duties related to team management, including scheduling, reporting, and resource allocation.
Essential
- Tangible experience within Motor/ RTA litigation ideally at Lead Paralegal or Supervisor level.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and familiarity with legal databases.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
