- Deep knowledge of microservices, AWS, and DevOps practices.

- Outstanding stakeholder management skills—ability to communicate technical concepts to both executives and developers.
- Strong experience in API design, system integration, and event-driven architectures.
- A problem-solving mindset with a passion for leading teams to success.
- Experience working in high-scale, enterprise environments with complex technical challenges.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns and best practices i.e. Clean Architecture, Test Driven Development (TDD).
- Expertise in full-stack development - JavaScript, AWS, Terraform, Postgres, Rest APIs, Analytics (Google. Adobe), GitHub (including GitHub Actions and GitHub Flow)
- An open and genuine communicator
