Job Description
As Technical Account Executive, the successful candidate will support the company’s business development team coordinating back office activities to ensure seamless team operations. Responsibilities will include managing competitive, accurate, and timely client quotations, assisting in proposal creation, and maintaining client and partner communication.
This role demands strong organisational skills, rigorous attention to detail, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment. Collaborating with internal departments, including Business Development, Operations, and Production Management, the successful candidate will gather information to construct precise technical and commercial responses to customer needs, ensuring both the company’s market competitiveness and confidence of the client.

Who's it for?
Essential skills & experience
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a broadcast or live production role.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM systems and highly proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Sheets/Excel.
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical literacy and proficient in analysing data to create competitive quotes & working with budgets.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience in drafting professional documents and proposals.
Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines, i.e. handling multiple quotations simultaneously.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a positive, proactive approach.
Desired skills & experience
Technical Knowledge: Experience of working in a broadcast/livestreaming operational environment with an intuitive understanding of technical solutions at all levels of output. Experience of working with platforms Current RMS & Hubspot.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle changing priorities.
Industry Awareness: Up-to-date on technology trends and advancements in broadcast technology, including IP-based workflows, cloud-based solutions, media asset management & AI.
Working Hours & Experience
Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility for events or client meetings / site visits.
Hybrid/Remote Working: Hybrid work arrangements available, with an emphasis on in-person collaboration when necessary. However, remote working would be considered for the right candidate.
