Purpose of Role
Are you a CAFM professional with a passion for optimizing digital solutions?
Join us as a CAFM Analyst on our Lincoln County Council facilities contract, where you’ll take a pivotal role in system administration, solution design, and delivering process improvements.
Job Description
In this role, you will manage and oversee day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of the Concerto CAFM system (or similar platforms; full training provided).
You will collaborate with operational teams, specialist suppliers, and in-house delivery teams to design, build, and support innovative solutions.
Additionally, you’ll coordinate system development activities, including solution design, testing, deployment, and user support, while analyzing and validating business requirements to deliver efficient, cost-effective solutions.
By developing processes to improve operational and commercial benefits, you’ll ensure continuous improvement and end-user satisfaction, facilitating the smooth transition of CAFM responsibilities to the council.
