Technical Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Coordinator to join a leading facade contractor. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in managing technical aspects of facade projects, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage 3-4 live projects simultaneously, overseeing the successful delivery of metalwork, SFS, rainscreen, and window packages.
• Lead a team of in-house design professionals, ensuring seamless coordination between design and project delivery.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients to maintain project quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Provide technical expertise, resolving any design or construction-related issues on site.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and health & safety standards.

About You:

• Proven experience in facade design and coordination, ideally within a contractor environment.
• A strong understanding of facade systems, including metalwork, SFS, rainscreen, and windows.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, while working independently when required.
