Looking for a hands-on Technical Data Scientist to lead the data science roadmap and deliver high-impact, AI-driven solutions across the business. You'll design, deploy, and optimise predictive models, ML decision engines, and automation frameworks that deliver real commercial value.




Key Responsibilities:

· Own and deliver the data science strategy aligned to business goals

· Build and deploy scalable AI/ML models and decision engines

· Implement MLOps best practices for robust, production-ready solutions

· Champion ethical and responsible AI across all initiatives

· Translate complex models into clear insights for stakeholders

· Collaborate across teams to embed data science into core business processes




What You'll Bring:

· Strong Python, SQL, and statistical modelling expertise

· Deep knowledge of Databricks, Lakehouse architecture & cloud platforms

· Proven experience delivering end-to-end data science projects

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
