As our first in-house Tech Lead, you'll take ownership of our tech strategy, managing an outsourced development team while quickly building an in-house function. This is a hands-on role requiring coding expertise and strategic leadership to scale our platform efficiently.

• Write and maintain code, making necessary changes to enhance performance.
• Work closely with the CPO on client requests and product direction.
• Plan and execute development sprints with clear timelines.
• Manage an outsourced team while transitioning to an in-house tech function.
• Hire and lead an internal development team.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.
• Improve onboarding, segmentation, and admin console features.
• Optimise workflows, integrations, and cost efficiency.
• Act as a long-term technical partner, shaping the business’s tech vision.
  

• Proficiency in PHP, Heroku, Postgres Datawarehouse, Vercel, Zapier, GitHub, and CircleCI.
• Proven experience in scaling and optimising applications.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and make strategic tech decisions.
  

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS applications.
• Knowledge of cloud cost optimisation.
