Technical Lead .Net/React

As a Technical Team Leader, you will provide technical leadership in developing and integrating software solutions within a microservices environment, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in integrating third-party systems, particularly payment gateways, ensuring seamless and secure communication. This role requires expertise in large-scale systems and software integrations.

• Ability to solve hard technical problems, reducing redundancy and increasing efficiency.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms to architect robust solutions.
• Apply your experience to develop modern and intuitive user interfaces, and high-performance RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
• Demonstrate your commitment to code quality through unit testing and continuous integration practices, ensuring reliable software delivery.
• Leverage your experience with relational databases to design efficient data storage solutions
• Apply your knowledge of containerisation to streamline application deployment and management processes; as well as orchestrate scalable and resilient containerised applications
• Drive DevOps best practices to automate software delivery pipelines and ensure rapid and reliable releases.

Additional Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Software Development.
• 2+ years experience in leading high-performing development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• The role is hybrid, offering remote flexibility with a requirement for 20-25% in-office presence

Technology Stack

• Proficiency in C# and .Net Core, with a deep understanding of developing RESTful APIs.
• Cloud experience: Azure and/or GCP.
• Containerisation technologies: Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker.
• React and/or Angular (React preferred).
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
