We are looking for a passionate Technical Operations Assistant to join our Technical Operations team.
Salary: 28,918.80
Reporting to: David Nguyen, Technical Operations Team Lead
Location: London with work from home and flexible options.
We are currently rolling out thousands of sensors across the UK, Europe and beyond. Our delivery team is responsible for the remote deployment, monitoring and management of our network of Internet of Things sensors. This includes a combination of using internal tools and comfortably navigating Linux operating systems to deploy software, calibrate new data feeds and validate their accuracy.
About you:
You are someone with a natural curiosity or passion for technology. Whilst this is an entry level role, we’re passionate about developing all of our team members and there will be opportunities for this role to develop into many multi-disciplinary areas of the organisation.

What you’ll be doing:
- Performing manual verification of our AI sensors
- Quality Assurance and testing
- Producing reports and attending regular team meetings
- Ad hoc tasks supporting your colleagues
