We’re growing fast, and we’re now looking for a Technical Project & Support Engineer to lead the transformation of our internal & customer CRM systems (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365) while also contributing to advanced MSP support.
The Role
This is a combinations of roles that blends CRM project leadership with Level 2/3 IT support. You will be responsible for owning, implementing, and continuously improving internal systems—with a focus on Salesforce or Dynamics CRM—and ensuring that our infrastructure supports scalable, efficient service delivery.
When not leading systems projects, you'll serve as a senior technical engineer within our MSP team, supporting clients across cloud, network, security, and voice services.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Systems Ownership
- Lead the full implementation or rebuild of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365, aligning CRM workflows to operational needs.
- Design and deploy automation for sales, onboarding, ticketing, quoting, billing, and renewals.
- Integrate CRM with tools like Autotask, 3CX, and licensing/billing platforms.
- Own vendor relationships where external consultants or tools are required—set direction, oversee delivery, and manage outcomes.
Project & Vendor Management
- Take full ownership of internal system improvement projects from scope to deployment.
- Work cross-functionally with leadership, service, and finance teams to define and execute process improvements.
- Manage external vendors where required, ensuring cost, scope, and performance goals are met.
Technical Escalation Support
- Deliver Level 2/3 support to clients, covering infrastructure, cloud, VoIP, networking, and security.
- Support complex setups involving Windows Server, Azure, O365, SonicWall, VMware/Hyper-V, and 3CX.
- Contribute to internal process improvement by automating repetitive tasks and documenting playbooks.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience owning CRM implementation projects, either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong hands-on technical skills: able to build, not just brief vendors.
- 5+ years’ experience in an MSP or IT services environment.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with ticketing/PSA platforms like Autotask, or billing and VoIP tools.
- Strong PowerShell or automation scripting skills.
- Advanced SQL query and reporting skills across operational data sets
- Excellent project ownership, documentation, and vendor management capabilities.
Desirable Experience
- Experience improving internal support desk workflows and automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ConnectWise, ServiceNow, or similar systems.
- Exposure to licensing management, billing workflows, or customer portals.
