ADP is hiring a Technical Recruiter (with experience recruiting SAP consultants) on a 1 Year Fixed Term Contract (Starting July 1st 2025)


Location: Our Staines office

Hybrid working - 3 days in office and 2 days from home

As a Technical Recruiter, you’ll find, attract, screen, and hire for technical roles at ADP. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate engagement, assessment of candidate suitability and fit, managing the interview process, and closing/negotiating offers. Every day, you’ll have the opportunity to change lives and welcome top technical talent into the ADP family. This could include recruiting for SAP consultants, software engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers so if you have experience recruiting for SAP related roles this is the role for you. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Responsibilities


Champion the Candidate & Hiring Leader Recruitment Experience. You will execute recruiting initiatives and manage the active candidate pool while ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience and internal stakeholder satisfaction. In addition, you will manage the internal applicant and employee referral processes to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties.


Build Relationships throughout the Business. You will act as a consultant and trusted advisor to the business – developing strong partnerships with executive leaders and advising them on the technical market, trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge. You will build and maintain strong partnerships with Human Resources, Global Employer Brand & Marketing, and other groups within ADP.


Deliver Results. You will deliver results as measured by metrics, including cost per hire, data integrity, time to fill, candidate quality and diversity, process adherence, and candidate/stakeholder satisfaction. You will focus on developing a deeper and more diverse talent bench at the executive level.


Leverage Tools and Resources to Set You Up for Success. You will leverage the appropriate technology, tools, and resources needed to execute search strategies, especially as you work to find and attract passive talent. You will establish and manage relationships with key executive search partners as needed with the ability to drive process. You will execute on the employer branding strategies, including supporting the @ADPCareers social media and digital platforms.


TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications


  • Experienced. You have 7+ years of related professional recruiting experience with 3+ years of proven results in filling technical level positions. You have a strong track record of hiring exceptional technical talent in high-growth environments, spanning roles like SAP consultants, software engineers, DevOps specialists, and product managers. You have expert knowledge of candidate assessment and screening. You have experience with technology tools and digital platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Candidate Relationship Management (CRM), social media (to drive marketing campaigns), and video interviews. You will facilitate the use of Behavioural Based Interview Methodology throughout the process. You are knowledgeable about local employment law and have used diversity tools effectively.


  • Relationship Builder. Whether working with candidates or the hiring leaders you support, you showcase strong client relationship skills, including proficiency in prioritizing critical issues, delivering feedback, and managing workflow. You possess strong consulting, relationship management, and negotiation skills. You have a demonstrated ability in influencing peers, business partners, and executive leaders in a matrix environment.


  • Organized Communicator. You’re organized and can multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results. You are confident in communicating, interacting, and building credibility at the senior-most levels and are able to flex your communication delivery and style depending on the audience.
