You bring strong experience in recruiting for technical, business support, and leadership roles, with a particular focus on Data Centre and Network Infrastructure talent. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for talent, and take pride in creating exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. You are collaborative, adaptable, and confident when partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

Let's Talk About The Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and People Business Partners to deeply understand resourcing needs, role requirements, and long-term team goals across multiple business units.
  • Developing and executing tailored recruitment strategies to attract the best-fit candidates for technical, business support, and senior-level roles, particularly Data Centre and Network Infrastructure roles across EMEA, in Western, Central, and Eastern Europe.
  • Utilising a wide range of sourcing channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, talent pools, and employee referrals to proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and presenting high-caliber candidates who align with our technical requirements and company values.
  • Providing market insight and consultative guidance to hiring managers to ensure competitive hiring practices, realistic expectations, and informed decision-making.
  • Promoting EOS’s employer brand through thoughtful candidate engagement and representing the company at recruitment and industry events.
  • Championing a seamless and positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication, professionalism, and transparency at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Driving the offer process, including approvals, extensions, and negotiations, while ensuring offers are competitive and aligned with candidate expectations and internal benchmarks.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws, data privacy regulations, and internal policies across all recruitment activity.
  • Continuously improving the hiring process, leveraging recruitment analytics, market data, and candidate feedback to optimise time-to-fill, quality of hire, and overall efficiency.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends and best practices, especially in the Data Centre and Network Infrastructure space, to keep EOS competitive in a rapidly evolving talent landscape.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Strong command of sourcing strategies, from advanced Boolean searches to social recruiting and proactive pipeline development.
  • Proficient in assessing candidates for both technical expertise and cultural alignment, ensuring long-term fit within the organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders and candidates alike.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple open roles across functions, regions, and hiring priorities.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage workflows, track metrics, and optimise processes.
