The Role

Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in London. You'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Product leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent across EMEA—and occasionally the US.
This is a
contract position with the potential to convert into a permanent role, depending on business needs and performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Predominant responsibility will be to lead full-cycle recruitment for Engineering and Product roles—from kickoff to offer acceptance. Option to flex into leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for other departments within Neo4j based on business needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and build tailored sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Actively source and engage top-tier talent for highly specialized technical positions.
- You’ll work on niche roles ranging from Core Database, Cloud Infrastructure, to GenAI, and more. Heavy emphasis on GenAI at onset.
- Leverage data to map talent markets, drive sourcing efforts, and inform hiring decisions.
- Champion a stellar candidate experience at every touchpoint—ensuring timely, respectful, and transparent communication.
- Collaborate with our global People and TA teams to support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Bring structure and insight to your searches using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools, such as People GPT by Juicebox and Goodtime.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven success in both full-cycle technical recruiting and GTM recruiting, ideally in a high-growth tech company or startup environment.
- Experience sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill, senior-level technical roles—especially in Engineering, but also has range to flex into other business units.
- Strong understanding of technical fundamentals and the ability to engage confidently with engineers and technical stakeholders.
- Skilled in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and market research, especially in niche tech markets.
- Proficiency in Greenhouse (or similar ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics/reporting tools.
- A strategic mindset, excellent business acumen, and a proactive communication style.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability.
