Job Summary
Are you detail-orientated and passionate about quality? Join Kiwa Agri Food as a Technical Reviewer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. After an initial training period, you'll be responsible for reviewing technical reports and supporting the technical management of the TASCC Scheme. This is a hybrid role, based in Harrogate. About The Role
- Support Technical Management - Report to the TASCC Scheme Manager and suppport the technical management of the sector
- Ensure Quality & Compliance - Conduct detailed technical reviews of reports, verifying that all necessary information is provided and addressing non-conformities.
- Be a Trusted Advisor - Provide expert technical support to both employed and contracted assessors and technical reviewers.
- Maintain Strong Relationships - Build relationships with customers, scheme owners, and key stakeholders in the sector.
- Monitor & Report Issues - Identify and escalate quality concerns or potential scheme or accreditation non-conformities to the TASCC Scheme Manager
- Keep Records Up to Date - Accurately update and manage records and reports in electronic systems to support compliance and reporting.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends - Continuously develop your technical expertise through ongoing learning, training, and attending industry events.
- Contribute to Excellence - Ensure the highest service quality, driving improvements and maintaining Kiwa’s reputation as a trusted industry leader.
Do you have what it takes?
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work and reach targets set independently
- Good working knowledge of typical IT tools (Microsoft Office, etc)
- Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, accuracy, reliability, and flexibility
- Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal relations at all levels
- Experience in the agrifood industry (preferred but not essential)
What can you expect from us in return?
- £27,250 - £29,500 per annum
- Generous Annual Leave - Starting at 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to buy additional leave and increased entitlement with length of service
- 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday, hybrid working
