Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for sales volume, customer liaison and support for Rolls/Doctor Blade customers in the region
- Introduction and presentation of products
- Continuous customer service and support
- Permanent contacts with customers to prepare and support upcoming optimization and troubleshooting activities
- Active acquisition of new customers
- Complaint management and problem solving
- Support the start-up of PFR products
- Reporting:
o own activities
o competition situation
o market trends
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (paper production, chemistry, engineering)
- Or equivalent technical education (Technician / Business Administration)
- Industrial engineering qualifications and experience, ideally in the paper industry, but equivalents will be considered
- Or experienced papermaker
Experience:
- Min 5 years of operative, service and/or sales experience
- Proven track record in B2B sales of products in need of explanation or in comparable challenging tasks
Languages:
- English (fluent in written and spoken)
Personality:
Outgoing, confident, and sociable. Self-motivated and eager to problem solve and develop relationships.

- Willingness to travel (>70 %)

- Self-reliant and highly motivated
