The objective of the project is to keep the data on premise at client but host the Outbound Dialer function on cloud.

Outcome:

Upgrading Outbound Dialer- Manage the collections and agents daily call scheduling and performance monitoring HK, HASE, UK, MX( >1.1m per month).

Skills:

• Experience on Alvaria CX products.
• Knowledge on Cloud Contact Center infrastructure.
• IT Ops. support Knowledge on contact center in Banking industry.
