Technical Supervisor

YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Supervisor, your mission is to lead with integrity, foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure the highest standards of operational excellence. You are committed to empowering technical teams through clear guidance, hands-on support, and strategic oversight, ensuring that every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality

This is a Monday – Friday role.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Responsible for effectively and efficiently managing the daily operational planning of all activities relating to the technical department to ensure all dedicated deadlines are met.
• Oversee and monitor workshop efficiencies. Optimising the lead times of vehicles requiring technical processing, reacting promptly to resolve issues.
• Meet customer requirements in term of quality and lead times, advising promptly of any delays or concerns.
• To review and improve processes to develop efficiencies, ensuring any problems are followed through to root cause.
• Monitor workmanship to maintain and enhance quality results.
• Monitor stock holding and sustain stock levels to at an acceptable level to ensure productivity flow is managed.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technical Supervisor to lead our workshop team. This position is ideal for a proactive professional, with deep automotive knowledge, strong leadership skills, and a passion for mentoring technicians and ensuring quality control. You will have experience with a dealership or high volume repair shop environments.
