Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to deliver a range of infrastructure, software, security, and compliance projects across our growing insurance entities in the UK and Europe. Reporting to the Senior IT Manager – Europe, this role is critical to the successful delivery of technology solutions that support and enable our business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle: initiate, plan, execute, and close projects in a controlled and measurable way.
- Lead and govern multiple concurrent projects or programmes, ensuring project standards and best practices are followed.
- Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when necessary.
- Track project progress using metrics and KPIs, ensuring that stakeholders are always informed.
- Lead meetings effectively and keep discussions aligned with project goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and assist with resource planning and prioritisation.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring messaging to each audience.
Required Skills And Experience
- 5 + years delivering complex infrastructure, software, or cybersecurity projects in an enterprise environment.
- Familiarity with standard project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, Waterfall, Kanban or hybrid).
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of basic infrastructure components (networks, servers, cloud), and software architecture.
- Confident communicator able to lead meetings and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing projects across multiple countries or entities.
