You will manage a portfolio of technology transfer opportunities, maximising the value of NPL’s science and technology through successful translation and adoption by industry and society

About Y
ou
You will have a degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant scientific, engineering, or business discipline, with a strong track record in technology transfer, commercialisation, or knowledge exchange. You will be commercially astute, with excellent project management skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience in business case development and IP strate
gy.

Develop and implement technology transfer strategies to maximise the commercial and societal impact of NPL’s scientific and engineering out - puts.Drive the exploitation of knowledge assets through licensing, spinouts, and strategic partners
- hips.Develop business cases to secure funding and resources, ensuring a structured and milestone-driven approach to commercialisa
- tion.Build and manage relationships with industry partners and stakeholders to test value propositions and drive adop
- tion.Monitor and manage a balanced set of financial and non-financial metrics to measure success and gr
- owth.Champion best practices in intellectual property and technology transfer across NPL, providing training and guidance to collea
gues.
